When submitting a bug report, please include as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes:

  • What happened

  • What you were trying to do at the time

  • Steps taken before the issue occurred

  • World name(s)

  • Screenshots or videos (if available)

  • Your device/platform

The more detail included, the easier it is for us to investigate and reproduce the issue internally.

  • We may not respond individually to bug reports

  • Not receiving a reply does not mean your report was ignored

  • Reports are still reviewed and passed along internally where needed
