"Login Failed" error

If players receive a “Login Failed” message when trying to access Pixel Worlds, this usually means the account has been banned.

Recently, we introduced new anti-botting and security measures which resulted in a large number of accounts being automatically banned. While many of these bans were correctly applied, we are aware that some legitimate players may have been incorrectly caught up in recent ban waves.

We are currently reviewing ban appeals and investigating affected accounts as a priority. A significant number of legitimate players have already been unbanned.

If you believe your account was incorrectly banned:

  • Please submit a support ticket if you have not already done so

  • Even if you do not receive a direct reply from support, please continue trying to log in periodically, as accounts may be restored during the review process without an individual response being sent

Due to the high volume of appeals, we may not be able to respond personally to every ticket, but reviews are still taking place behind the scenes.

Ban Appeal

As a general rule, bans are final and not subject to appeal. All actions are taken based on evidence and in line with our rules to keep the game fair and safe for everyone.

If you strongly believe your ban was issued in error, you can contact support for a review.

Please note:

  • Appeals are only considered in exceptional cases
  • Disagreement with a decision is not a valid reason for appeal
  • Repeated tickets about the same ban may not receive a response
