What’s happening?

If you’ve created an account but haven’t received your confirmation email yet — don’t worry, this can sometimes take a little time depending on demand and email providers.


🔒 Your name is safe

Once you start the account creation process:

👉 Your chosen account name is reserved for 24 hours

This means:

  • No one else can take your name during that time

  • You won’t lose your name while waiting for the email


What should I do?

Before contacting support, please try:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

  • Wait a few minutes — delays can happen during busy periods

If you still haven’t received it:

Please include:

  • Your account name

  • The email address you used

  • Do not create multiple accounts trying to “secure” the same name
