Can I get my old account back?

No - accounts, progress, and items gained from the previous version of Pixel Worlds are not available in the relaunch.

Why was everything reset?

The relaunch follows a change in ownership and a decision to rebuild Pixel Worlds on a fresh and stable foundation.

Over time, the previous version of the game was heavily affected by:

• Duplication issues

• Inflation in the economy

• Exploits and instability

Continuing from that state would not have been sustainable long-term. Resetting progression allows us to create a fair and balanced experience for all players, both new and returning.

Will there be compensation for old accounts?

There are currently no plans to restore previous progress or provide compensation tied to accounts from the earlier version of the game.
