Unable to logout of my account
Why can I only be logged in on one device?
With the relaunch of Pixel Worlds, accounts can now only be active on one device at a time.
This change has been made to help protect the game and its players by:
- Reducing the use of alternate (alt) accounts
- Preventing exploits and item duplication
- Supporting a fair and stable in-game economy
By limiting accounts to a single active session, we’re able to better maintain a safe and balanced environment for everyone.
Why is there no logout button?
Pixel Worlds no longer includes a manual logout option.
Your account will automatically log out when:
- You log in on another device
- Your session ends
This system is part of the same effort to improve account security and reduce misuse.
Can I still switch devices?
Yes.
You can log into your account on a different device at any time. When you do, your previous session will automatically end.
Will this affect normal gameplay?
For most players, this change should not impact normal gameplay.
It is designed to target behaviours that negatively affect the game, while keeping the experience smooth for regular players.
Why was this change introduced?
Over time, multiple-account usage and exploit-related behaviour had a negative impact on the game’s economy and overall fairness.
This update is part of a broader effort to ensure that Pixel Worlds operates in a stable, fair, and sustainable way long-term.
